A modern approach
When I started working as an appraiser, all my colleagues used pencil & paper to complete their assignments.
I wanted to do things differently. I utilize a fully digital inspection process which allows for instant verification of measurements, and a fully completed floor plan in real time.
This means mistakes are caught on site and fixed then and there, rather than having to return to the inspection site again, or present inaccurate information.
