Getting your appraisal or measurements is a simple 3 step process

Set up an inspection

Give me a call or email, and I will schedule your inspection at a time that works for you

Measurements can be delivered in 24 hours

Appraisals will be evaluated based on provided info and research on the address, you will be provided a proposed delivery date

If you’d like the date sooner or later, just ask and I would be happy to work with your schedule!

Allow access

I’m happy to inspect your property with you on site, or if you’re busy, I’ll gladly inspect vacant property via a combo lock box/sentrilock or just a hidden key

Receive your Measurements/Appraisal via Email

Measurements of your property will be delivered the next day directly to your email

** same day measurements also available on request for additional fee**

Full Appraisals will be evaluated individually, delivery date depends upon complexity of the property (typical delivery date is 7 days)

You complete appraisal will be delivered to your inbox at the agreed upon due date

FAQs

What do I need to have ready before the inspection?

The only thing you need to be sure of is that all areas of the house (and any other areas you would like measured, such as a guest house, or pool patio) are readily accessible for the inspection. If you have locked fences or gates, for ease of access, you may open them, but I will let you know if there is any area I need access to that I am unable to reach.

Will my information, pictures, floorplan etc. be available to be seen by others online?

No! Your information remains private. All information collected on inspection will be organized into a report or measurements delivered directly to you, and only those you request.

When can I expect my measurements/appraisal back?

For measurements: standard delivery time is 24 hours.

For full appraisals: each property is evaluated individually for its characteristics, simpler properties may be appraised in a few days. At the time of initial request, I will review your property info and get back to you with a proposed delivery date for your report.

Typical turn time for an appraisal is 7 days.
